Use of Artificial Intelligence — Team in a Box

Why we are writing this
"Team in a Box" is built around artificial intelligence agents — this is exactly what we teach and build. It is important to us that you always know what is created by artificial intelligence, and where there is a person who checks.
Which tools we use
- The support assistant and the "We Build Your Business" service operate with the help of Claude, an artificial intelligence model by Anthropic.
- The program teaches how to work with Claude. The agents built in it are templates that run in the student's Claude account. To apply it you need your own Claude subscription.
- The free tool does not use artificial intelligence. It builds the result from fixed templates that we wrote in advance.
- The First Content Kit (paid) is written by Claude, based on the answers you filled in the free tool.
- Narration: The narration in the videos is produced in Google AI Studio, with the ready-made computer-generated voice "Koda".
- Characters and video: Boxy and the characters in our videos (the video series, the program lessons and the partner videos) are animated with an animation engine we built ourselves, with no external video tool and no likeness of a real person. If we add an external video tool, we will name it here before using it.
Team in a Box, Claude and Anthropic
Team in a Box is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with Anthropic, and is not endorsed or sponsored by it. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. We mention the name Claude only to describe which tool we use and what we teach. We do not use the Anthropic or Claude logo.
What is created with artificial intelligence
Narration voices
- The narration in our videos, in the program, in the marketing content and in the premium service videos (if the customer chose computer-generated narration), is produced with a computer-generated voice: the ready-made voice "Koda" in Google AI Studio. The voice is not intended to imitate a known person.
- Voice cloning for premium customers, if offered, will be done only with explicit written consent. The cloned voice will be used only for that customer, and will be deleted at the end of the project. See section 3A of the Privacy Policy.
Videos
- Some of the videos, or parts of them, are created with artificial intelligence — visuals, animation, and sometimes computer-generated characters.
- A video in which a human-like computer-generated character appears will be labelled as such.
- The animated presenter in our videos is Boxy, the brand's computer-generated robot. His character is computer-animated, and his voice is computer-generated. Boxy is not Claude, is not an Anthropic product and does not represent it. When Boxy says "Claude works behind me", it means that the scripts and content are written with the help of Claude, and that this is the tool the program teaches. This implies no connection with Anthropic. The founder does not appear on camera.
- In the Pro Program · Studio & Automation, the content agent you build will produce videos for you. We recommend that you label them as created with artificial intelligence in accordance with the law and the platforms' rules. If the video shows a real person, the voice of a real person or a real event that did not happen, labelling it is mandatory in some countries (for example in the European Union, from August 2026). The content agent you build in the program adds a labelling line to the video description by default.
The support assistant
- The support assistant inside the program is artificial intelligence and not a person.
- Each time a conversation opens a message appears stating that the assistant is artificial intelligence.
- It answers questions about the program materials. It may make mistakes, miss context or give an inaccurate answer.
- Its answers are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
- It does not decide on refunds, charges or access. Such decisions are made by a person.
- Conversations are kept by us for 90 days. The operator occasionally reads a small sample of conversations to improve the assistant. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Texts and other outputs
- The free tool (the Agent Team Generator) — the results are built automatically from fixed templates that we wrote in advance, in your browser, without human review of each result.
- Program content and marketing content — written with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by a person before publication.
- The "We Build Your Business" service — the product, the sales page, the videos, the emails and the posts are produced by a team of artificial intelligence agents, based on the customer's knowledge.
How we label
- In videos: in the description of each video and in a short caption at the opening: "Computer-generated narration and character".
- In the support assistant: a message at the start of each conversation.
- In emails and pages: the texts are written with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by a person. We do not label each text separately.
- On social platforms: we turn on the "AI-generated content" label when the platform requires it.

What we do not do
- We do not present content created by artificial intelligence as if it were the testimony of a real person.
- We do not make up testimonials, quotes, data or customer results.
- We do not use artificial intelligence to imitate a real person without their consent.
- We do not make material decisions about you solely by automated means.
- We do not promise income, profit or a business result, and we do not claim that artificial intelligence will "do the work for you".
- We do not present a computer-generated character as if it were a customer, an expert or a real person.
Your information
What you enter in the free tool is not sent to artificial intelligence, unless you order the First Content Kit: then the answers you filled in the tool are sent to Claude to write the kit. What you enter in the onboarding questionnaire of the premium service and in the support assistant is sent for processing by Claude, through Anthropic's commercial service, which does not train models on this information. Found a mistake?
If the assistant or another output gave information that is wrong, offensive or misleading, write to us at hello@getteaminabox.com with a screenshot. We will check and correct it. If it is wrong information about you, you also have the right to ask for it to be corrected (see the Privacy Policy, section 7).
Responsibility
Artificial intelligence outputs may contain errors. We recommend checking every output before using it, especially before publication, and above all in anything related to law, tax, health or money. In the "We Build Your Business" service we check every output before delivery, and you approve it before it goes live. Nothing on this page derogates from your rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law.
