Affiliate Disclosure — Team in a Box
Version 1.0
In short
We have two kinds of affiliate relationships:
- Our links to other tools. Some of the links on the website, in the program, in our emails and in our posts are affiliate links. If you click such a link and buy, we may receive a commission from the company that sells the product.
- Affiliates who recommend us. Team in a Box has an affiliate program. If you came to us through someone else's recommendation, that person may receive a commission on your purchase.
In both cases, your price does not change. If we have a discount code for a particular tool, we will state it next to the link.

Why there are affiliate links
Building a digital business takes tools: an email marketing system, a page builder, design, video, artificial intelligence agents. We recommend tools that we use or have checked. When such a tool has an affiliate program, we may use an affiliate link.
What we commit to
- We only recommend what we believe in. A commission does not decide whether we recommend a tool or not.
- We mention alternatives where there are any, including free alternatives.
- We mark it in words. Next to an affiliate link, or at the start of content that contains such links, you will see: "Affiliate link: we earn a commission if you buy through it".
- Never required. You will never be required to buy through our link. You can always go to the tool's website directly.
What it does not mean
- It does not mean that the company that paid a commission checked or approved our content.
- We are not responsible for the products, services, prices or policies of the other companies. The purchase is made with them and is subject to their terms.
Affiliates who recommend us
Team in a Box has an affiliate program. If you came to us through a recommendation, a post, an email or a message from someone else, that person may be an affiliate and may receive a commission on your purchase. Your price does not change because of this.
What we require of every affiliate:
- To write "Ad" and state that they receive a commission, at the start of the content, where it can be seen without clicking. In a video: also on screen from the first second, and also out loud.
- Not to promise income, profit or any result.
- Not to invent testimonials, and not to write that they went through the program if they did not.
- Not to change prices, dates or the refund policy, and not to add "last spots" or a countdown timer that we did not set.
- To send emails and messages only to people who agreed in advance to receive advertising from them, with the word "Ad" and a simple way to unsubscribe.
- On WhatsApp and Telegram: to send only in the affiliate's own channel or group, which the members joined to receive content from them, or to a person who asked them for the link. Sending to contacts who did not ask is forbidden, and so is sending in other people's groups.
- Not to use the names "Claude" or "Anthropic" in the name of a page, group or account, and not to impersonate Team in a Box or its support.
What the affiliate knows about you: only aggregate information (how many sales came through them and for what amount). They do not receive your name, your email or your payment details.
Saw a recommendation without a disclosure, or received a message you did not ask for? Write to us at hello@getteaminabox.com. We will look into it, and remove an affiliate who breaks the rules.
Cookies and attribution of purchases
- Our links to other tools: clicking an affiliate link may place a cookie of the selling company or of its affiliate program, to attribute the purchase.
- A link from one of our affiliates: if you came through such a link, the affiliate's ID is stored in your browser for 60 days, to attribute the purchase to them.
- Details are in the Privacy Policy.
